Appointments:
We currently do not require a credit card number to hold your reservation. However, in the unlikely envent that a client may frequently cancel with late notice or not show up for their scheduled appointments, we may need to request credit card information to hold reservations.
Cancellation Policy:
A $25 fee will be assesed for cancellations or no shows unless the appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours advance notice! All new patients must provide credit card information that will be kept securely within their charts. We appreciate and value your business. Please respect our scheduled visit time or let us know in advance that you can't make it. Thank you!
Gratuity:
For massage & skin care treatments, we understand that you may wish to leave gratuity for your practitioner and this is welcome, at your discretion. This is not included in the cost of services.
Gift Certificates:
We currently offer gift certificates for any of our services, including naturopathic services. These can be purchased at our front desk or over the phone with a credit card.
Skin Care Products & Supplements:
We also carry environmentally responsible organic skin care products by Eminence Handmade Organic Skin Care of Hungary. Our esthetician, Tiffany Gregory, also uses these products in her services.
